We identified the development potential of this site, which took over 2 years to acquire due to the land being jointly owned by 26 people. Planning permission was granted for 2 chalets. We sold one parcel of land with planning permission and we are currently developing the remaining parcel for a modern alpine chalet of 300m2. The middle floor is devoted to a large open plan living/dining room with a contemporary Italian kitchen to include bespoke cabinetry. Light streams into the double height living room through the floor to ceiling windows and the double height feature fireplace creates a focal point to the whole space.  The basement will house a wellness area (hamman, sauna & massage room), cinema room and boot room. The 5 en-suite bedrooms are spread over the ground and second floors.
